CONCLUSION
We arrived at the hotel around 1:40pm and was helped by Julia, one of the associates working that day. She welcomed me as a diamond member and confirmed my on line check-in where I got an upgrade to a suite 👍 She also gave us a drink voucher since the room doesn't have a minibar and a snacks voucher since the hotel doesn't have an executive lounge. The room we got had a separate living room and bedroom and was really spacious. The views of the Tyrolean Alps and the Old Town from our room was just fantastic 😍 The food offering during breakfast was extensive. The location is perfect as the Old Town is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lastly, the staff we had contact with were all friendly. If there was one thing I wish they could improve on, it would be the speed of the internet connection as it was a bit slow. Overall, we had an enjoyable time staying in this hotel (and appreciated the complimentary upgrade to their suite) and would highly recommend it to everyone 👍
