Access: Business class passengers on Lufthansa, KLM and Luxair; Star Alliance Gold card holders; Priority Pass and Diners Club members; all passengers, regardless of airline and class of service for a fee

CONCLUSION
Transiting at Dublin International Airport last June, I was able to have access to the Executive Lounge using my Star Alliance Gold Card. Otherwise, you can pay €20 per person for up to three hours of stay, according to their website. I arrived early morning in the lounge and they actually had a pretty good selection of drinks and snacks for breakfast. There is also complimentary wifi which is fast. Overall, a nice lounge.
