CONCLUSION

The fact that there are not so many hotels in Brunei made it easy for us to choose which hotel we would stay. We chose Radisson because it is located in the center, very close to almost all the tourist attractions. Of course, the quality of service and the facilities were also some factors we considered. The upgrade we got upon check in was very much appreciated. The food selection on the breakfast buffet (Tasek Braserie) was extensive and the staff which were mostly from the Philippnes were simply very friendly. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a fitness center although we were not able to use them. The only thing that was not that good was the noise during late evenings coming from the ballroom, which I had mention on the comment card I have written and which was promised to be checked by the manager as per his email. To all the staff of Radison Hotel Brunei Darussalam, thanks so much for making our stay in your country a memorable one!
