Summer Trip Flying EVA Air Business Class on 777 & Hello Kitty Jet, Singapore Airlines Suites & Cathay Pacific First Class
Last summer, I travelled to the Philippines for the 70th birthday celebration of my father. It was a very short visit since I needed to be back home for work. I've always wanted to try EVA Air's Hello Kitty Jet so I booked my flight from Stockholm to Fukuoka using Avianca Lifemiles. From Fukuoka, I flew on a budget carrier to Tokyo, and from Tokyo I flew on Singapore Airlines Suites to Singapore, and then first class to Manila using my Kris Flyer Miles. On my way back to Stockholm, I flew on Cathay Pacific First Class and Finnair Business Class using my AA Advantage Miles. This trip allowed me to test EVA Air Hello Kitty, Singapore Suites and Cathay Pacific First Class all for the first time and I couldn't be more satisfied.

CONCLUSION
This lounge is actually huge and is divided between the North Wing and the South Wing. The North Wing features the dining restaurant The Bakery, The Long Bar and the TV Lounge. The South Wing on the other hand is where you will find the other dining restaurant The Bistro, The Coffee Loft, The IT Zone and showers. Both the dining restaurants had an extensive offering from the buffet and I have to say I really loved the food specially the dim sums in The Bakery. Unfortunately, I was not able to take pictures of The Long Bar which was actually long although not long enough to beat the long bar in the SWISS Lounge at Zurich Airport which is considered as the longest airport bar in the world. I thought the design of the lounge was nice and modern and that everything you need from a lounge is actually here. Well, with the exception of the cabanas as they are only for First Class passengers. Overall, this lounge is very nice and would be definitely worth a visit during your layover at HKIA.
