CONCLUSION

This is really a very nice lounge considering that London is the hub of British Airways. With luxurious furniture and beautiful chandeliers, you will surely feel like you are inside a boutique hotel. The food and drinks selections looked great as well. The free treatment at the Elemis Travel Spa was definitely a plus and that treatments can actually be pre-booked within 28 days of departure if flying in first class. Unfortunately I didn't know about this before my flight so when I came to book a treatment, it was already fully booked and that I had to wait a few hours. Hope to try it next time though. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice lounge worth visiting.
