CONCLUSION

During our recent trip to Kota Kinabalu, we stayed at the beautiful Hyatt Regency. This five star hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at: the rooms were very nice with complimentary wifi inside the room. The breakfast buffet had one of the widest selection of food you could imagie and my favorite was actually the scallop prawn dumpling. It was sooo good. Of course, the staff were very friendly and always willing to be of help. If there was one thing I thought was missing, it was the towel-use card which lets you decide if you want the housekeeping staff to change your towels or not. I love hotels that are environment friendly and I hope that Hyatt Regency Kinabalu would decide to be a "green" hotel soon.
