CONCLUSION

As this lounge is both for first and business class passengers, I would say that first class passengers do not have much privacy here. I thought that the food were okay and that there were lots of small seating areas. It was obviously not a busy period when I visited this lounge but I guess it also gets a little crowded. If you are a One World Emerald member, I would suggest visiting the JAL First Class Lounge instead.
